Traditional reference services are supplemented by e-Mail Reference; the Warwick Valley Dispatch and Warwick Advertiser on cassette program for visually impaired members of the community; and a Books by Mail program for handicapped community members. Library equipment is available for use, including microfiche, microfilm, and computers. Reference Services are supported by the Ramapo Catskill Library System's Reference Headquarters (the Newburgh Free Library).

In addition to reference & reader's advisory services, the Children's Department provides preschool storytimes for children ages two through sixth grades. After school programming for school age children occurs weekly on a drop-in basis. Monthly storytime/craft programs are held on Saturdays as are puppet shows and regular preschool storytimes. Reader's Theater and Book Discussion Groups for school age children are scheduled throughout they year in the evenings.

Programming occurs throughout the year for young adults who have completed grades 6 up to 12th. An information file is maintained for youth seeking volunteer positions in the community to help them fulfill the Community Service required for high school graduation. School reading lists are maintained for schools in the service area to assist students' summer and school reading requirements.

The Library has a Teen Advisory Board, which meets monthly Check the Library Webpage under Teens for dates and times. The purpose of the board is to make decisions regarding teen services and programming. All teens are welcome.
