Relax and melt away stress with the power of Breath and Sound Meditation. In meditation the mind-body system experiences deep rest as it transitions from an active state to a more relaxed and restorative state. While there are many forms of meditation, sound meditation is a practice used for centuries for physical healing, clarity of mind and deep meditation.
