A monthly informal hand sewing circle lead by Cindy Hopper of Sewcology.  Bring your own projects/materials to work on.  Attendees can learn hand-sewing techniques and stitches for clothing construction and repair (not embroidery).  Some attendees will work on late 18th century re-enactment clothing and gear, but all those interested in the art and "zen" of sewing by hand are welcome.

She became the first Allied woman deployed behind enemy lines and -- despite her prosthetic leg -- helped to light the flame of the French Resistance, revolutionizing secret warfare as we know it.
