After a brief warm-up and introduction to the basics of watercolor painting, Pat will offer step-by-step guidance on how to paint a floral bouquet.  Registration is required. You will receive instructions on when to pick up supplies at the Library, as well as the Zoom link to the class. Space is limited.

This course will include an in-depth exploration of mindfulness, with an emphasis on how the practice of mindfulness can help steady us when life feels unstable.  With a steadier mind, we can begin to relax into each moment, free from regret and worry.  Each class will include guided meditation practice, teaching and Q & A, as well as optional homework.  It is recommended, though not required, that you attend all three classes if possible.  Please register for each session separately
