Follow the Yellow Brick Road...to the Children's Book Sale!
On Saturday, May 12, 2012, the Friends of the Library will host a children's book sale on the lower level of the Library from 9:00am to 3:00pm. In addition to shopping for gently-used books, children will enjoy the other activities planned. They can meet the cast members of Sanfordville Elementary School's production of The Wizard of Oz, watch The Wizard of Oz movie and have their faces painted!
Local author Anita Page will sign her book "Damned If You Don't", a dark traditional mystery set in the Catskill Mountains.
Page's short stories have appeared in numerous anthologies, ezines and print journals. She received a Derringer Award from the Short Mystery Fiction Society in 2010 for her short story, "Twas the Night".
