Self-care starts with our skin!  Our skin is our biggest organ.  It protects us from outside toxins, and yet the products made for cleaning our skin can be very harsh, even harmful to our bodies.  Soap-making can be an easy way to reduce your exposure to toxins, express your creativity, and give that beautiful dose of self-care we all need.  Learn how to make cold press soap.  Soaps can last a few weeks, but learning is forever.
