Celeste McAteer, CHHC, AADP, COTA/L: Celeste has been a dedicated COTA for over 32 years, mostly working with children with special needs and consulting with families. She has an extensive knowledge in human development and what it needs to thrive. She is also a Certified Holistic Health Coach, receiving her education from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, studying healing nutrition and the art of personal transformation. With her expertise in holistic health she supports women and caregivers in their quest for holistic health to find the root cause of their Dis-Ease in the body and bring it back to balance by incorporating whole super foods, simple strategies and lifestyle habits. She will help you understand your symptoms (pain, stiffness, stress, fatigue, poor sleep, irritability, cravings, weight gain, and allergies) and what you need do to improve them. She"ll help you balance your hectic life, increase your energy and vitality and improve your relationships in today"s complex world. She is passionate about helping others becomeknowledgeableand empowered to be their own health advocate so they can be their best self.
