During this session, Arlene Prince will address what hypnosis is, what it is not, and the ways in which it can be used successfully. Some common applications include everyday goals such as weight loss, smoking cessation, stress management, and peak performance enhancement for sports, the performing arts and in the workplace. Hypnosis is also used as a complementary therapy for many medical conditions, phobias and fears and all stress-related conditions. Ms. Prince will draw from her practice of hypnosis using actual case histories. Finally, she will touch on past life regression and life-between-lives regression.
Ms. Prince has advanced training in Mind/Body Medicine from the Mind/Body Medical Institute at Harvard, advanced certification in hypnosis, and maintains a private practice in both in Warwick.
