Meet photographer Susie Schmieder at a reception celebrating her exhibit here at the Library. Entitled Everywhere, the show features photographs taken at many locations across the United States and Canada.
"My earliest memory showing my love of photography is at age 4 carrying a Kodak Brownie everywhere I went. I was always in possession of a camera as I never wanted to miss an opportunity for a great show. My subject matter varies - I shoot what I see based on where I am. In some I hope to make a subtle social statement, to trigger discussion, or to educate. Others, as in this exhibit are mostly found moments of interesting composition, color and /or beauty". - Susie Schmieder
The reception is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be served.
