Warwick Cafe Reading Project

Coordinated quarterly by the Library, the Village of Warwick and Ye Olde Warwick Book Shoppe, the Warwick Cafe Reading Project puts multiple free copies of the same book in cafes around Warwick.  The book is intended to stimulate conversation and a shared community reading experience.  The project is entirely underwritten by the Albert Wisner Public Library Foundation.

The Spring 2017 selection for the Warwick Cafe Reading Project is Jhumpa Lahiri's novel The Namesake, which was made into a movie.  You will find copies beginning mid-April at Caffe a la Mode, Noble Pies Cafe, Sugar Shack Cafe, Conscious Fork, Jean-Claude's Patisserie and Tuscan Cafe.  After reading The Namesake, please either return it to the cafe where you found it, or pass it along to a friend or family member.
