We all want to be the best parents we can be, but how? Using Positive Psychology as a foundation, we can raise our kids to be more optimistic and resilient.

Learn ways to encourage your child to be the best they can be, and become the role model you want your kids to follow. Remember: Happy parent = Happy children.
