September 11 is a National Day of Service and Remembrance.  The Albert Wisner Public Library will host a commemoration of the fifteenth anniversary of the tragic events of September 11, 2001.   It is offered in honor of those who lost their lives on September 11 as well as first responders who rushed to their rescue and beloved survivors.
