Author Chuck Larocca will discuss his new book, The 124th New York State Volunteers in the Civil War, detailing the journey of the local unit, which saw action in many of the major battles of the War such as Gettysburg and Chancellorsville. Enriched with much newly-uncovered primary source material -- such as letters written by eyewitnesses, including Captain James Benedict of Warwick -- the book presents a richly-detailed and poignant view of the experience of the war. Copies of the book will be available for purchase.

Students are requested to have a copy of Colloquial Spanish of Latin America: The Complete Course for Beginners by Roberto Rodsrigues-Saona. This title will be available in the Library in limited quantities.
