In the 1950s, twenty-two-year-old Jenny Lee leaves her comfortable home to move into a convent and become a midwife in London's East End slums. While delivering babies all over the city, Jenny encounters a colorful cast of women—from the plucky, warm-hearted nuns with whom she lives, to the woman with twenty-four children who can't speak English, to the prostitutes of the city's seedier side.

Chair Yoga is what it sounds like - yoga done on a chair.  The chair becomes an extension of the body, allowing for more stability and support.  This added support allows the student the opportunity to practice poses with proper alignment that might otherwise be difficult, particularly for those new to yoga or with weight, physical or emotional challenges.  The addition of meditation and relaxation practice creates the perfect connection of the mind and spirit to the body and creates the experience of a full yoga practice.
