Celebrate the power and influence of Edgar Allan Poe in a multi-media tribute with staged reading of some of his most powerful poems.
Ages 2-7. Drop in on Saturday mornings for stories, fingerplays, songs and a craft. No registration required.
The personal essay is one of the most important - and most daunting! - aspects of the college application. High School seniors will gain valuable insights on how to capture the reader's attention and create a compelling narrative. Please register by calling or stopping by the Library Help Desk.
Grades K-2. In this book club we will share a book and then talk about the story and pictures. We will do a craft or activity at the end. Register Oct. 4 at the library.

Grades 2-5. Hear a Native American folktale and work together to create a totem pole to decorate the children's room. Regsiter Oct. 4 at the library.
Warwick Valley Middle School art teacher Nicole Heller will help teens create a fall item (leaf, gourd) from clay in this first of two sessions. In the second session, students will paint their creations and prepare them to be kiln fired. Must attend both sessions.
Come share your ideas for Library programs, books and other materials of interest to teens. Teens 6th grade and up are welcome to attend any/all meetings. Please call 986-1047, ext. 3 to register, so that we know to expect you. Bring a friend and join us!
An informational program for parents and caregivers to help their children use the Library's resources and navigate our catalog and web page. We will also discuss age-appropriate fiction and non-fiction materials and how to find them.
