Join Elizabeth Mangum, LCSW, a local trauma-informed therapist and parent, for an in-depth exploration into Lindsay C. Gibson's work Recovering from Emotionally Immature Parents. Do you have trouble setting boundaries, expressing your feelings and naming your needs, or building healthy relationships with yourself and others? Are you a parent wanting desperately to break the cycle of dysfunctional relationships? Are you caught in a relationship with an emotionally immature partner and don't know how to get out? Do you want to learn how to validate your feelings and reclaim your life? If any of this sounds familiar, lean in and listen! Come to the library and connect with others in a small group environment to share your experiences and find the courage and skills needed to gain emotional autonomy and be your true self!
Author and poet, Joan Corser-Gay, has open enrollment for the Warwick Library Writers Group. All interested adults with a passion for writing and being published are welcome!

Come join us for a slice of pizza and some brain science!
Students will learn the facts about basic brain science and how addictive technology like social media and video games affect their developing brains. They will learn how to build a healthy brain, recognize the warning signs of screen overuse, and be encouraged and excited to live life off screens.
