Gregg Knowles is a consultant who specializes in workforce training, career coaching, and resume writing. He is also the facilitator of the Warwick Career Transition Group in Warwick, NY. He has over 25 years of human resources experience including recruiting/talent acquisition, organizational development, training, compensation, and employee relations.

Join us for a 90 minute workshop suitable for all adults, both young and old. No previous yoga experience is necessary. Participants should bring their own yoga mat if possible.

Students will learn basic Italian vocabulary, phrases and grammar. Italian culture and customs will also be included. Great for the basic conversation necessary for travel.
