Looking for a place to go to talk through your frustrations about child rearing? Here it is! Starting this month, January 2020 Family Central will begin a parenting book club/support group that concentrates on mindful parenting and open to anyone (parents, grandparents, teachers, and caregivers). Come out to learn how understanding early brain development can foster a wonderful confidence in knowing you are doing what is best for the full potential of the children in your life. In the process get the "aha" insights that simply make life with children easier.
Our first book is Easy to Love, Difficult to Discipline by Dr. Becky Bailey will be available at this meeting. We will discuss the book at our February meeting.Location:AWPL Board RoomAge Group:Adult
