    Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done sitting on a chair or standing while using the chair for support.  It is beneficial if you are a beginner or have limited mobility. Sara Gallman is a health and wellness professional who has been teaching yoga and fitness classes for 35 years.  Please register for each session individually (11/4, 11/11, 11/18.)

    Fall Family Fun Walk: start at the Library, decorate a walking stick, create a nature journal and then walk the loop in Veteran's Memorial Park. Bring a stick, big enough for you and pack a snack and water bottle. It's an easy walk to look at the fall foliage. All activities will be outside and require a mask, social distancing and registration.  Rain date Saturday, November 14.
