    Self-care starts with our skin!  Our skin is our biggest organ.  It protects us from outside toxins, and yet the products made for cleaning our skin can be very harsh, even harmful to our bodies.  Soap-making can be an easy way to reduce your exposure to toxins, express your creativity, and give that beautiful dose of self-care we all need.  Learn how to make cold press soap.  Soaps can last a few weeks, but learning is forever.

    How do you turn your food garbage into gold?  What's the best method for composting?  Drawdown lists food waste as the third largest factor contrinbuting to climate change.  In this fun workshop about food and garbage, you will learn:

    • ways you can compost your food scraps,
    • what composting method is best for you,
    • resources to help get you started toward positively reducing carbon emissions and making fabulously rich soil.
