Journaling for Tweens: We'll supply a plain journal for you to decorate with stickers, stencils and patterned paper. Record your thoughts, stories, drawings and ideas. For tweens ages 9-12. Register beginning March 14 online or in person at the Children's Desk.
This three part series demonstrates how to examine a statement using unbiased reasoning based on critical tools to help you reach a valid decision about its accuracy. Fake news, data analysis and personal prejudice are explored, discussed and practiced. Each session may be attended independently, but it is recommended to attend all three for full comprehension.
