    Tween Corner - Make a Felt Monster:  Make a simple pattern, learn to thread a needle and sew by hand. Add some personality with a face, and you've got a monster! This is a 2-session program. Please plan on attending both so that you can complete your monster.  Ages 9-12.  Register beginning Dec. 14 online or in person at the Children's Desk.

    Join Sara Gallman for mindful practice using breath and movement while seated in a chair. She will also use the chair as a prop for some standing postures.  Students can expect to see gains in strength, flexibility, reduced stress and tension, develop balance focus and concentration.  Please dress in comfortable clothing.
