Pointillism is a technique of neo-impressionist painting using tiny dots of various pure colors, which become blended in the viewer's eye. It was developed by Georges Seurat with the aim of producing a greater degree of luminosity and brilliance of color.
Artist Michael Byro will teach participants how to create a small pointillist painting on wood. A $5 refundable is due at the time of in-person registration at the Help Desk; please choose one design - flower (complex) or primitive animal (easy) - when registering for this class.
