A reading and discussion of Jerry's new novel, CONVERGENCE will take us thirty-two years in to the near future. This dystopian/sci-fi warning will provoke, entertain and energize us to consider what kind of world we want to inhabit.
An author signing will follow the discussion with copies of the book available for purchase.
Jerry Sander is the author of the novels PERMISSION SLIPS and UNLIMITED CALLING (CERTAIN RESTRICTIONS APPLY).
Jerry is a New York psychotherapist who has worked with teenagers and their families for over three decades. Influenced forever by the work of Aldous Huxley and George Orwell he is deeply concerned about the trajectory of the world we are leaving to our children and is grateful to have been chosen as the Authorized Representative for the Restored United States of America – In Exile for the purpose of conveying CONVERGENCE.
He is a father of four young adults and lives with his wife and adopted rescue dog, Scout, who hails from Galveston, Texas.
Jerry is currently completing his episodic memoir THE GUYLAND, set on Long Island of the 1960’s / 70’s.Location:AWPL Community RoomAge Group:Adult, Teen
