What are the best ways to attract and benefit birds?  This multimedia program featuring images, sounds and video of local backyard bird species will help us all become more bird-friendly at home.  Discover the best choices for bird feeders and seed, native plants, water features and bird houses to improve backyard bird habitat.

We need your help!!  Make the library work for you.  Tell us what types of activities you would like to see the library offer.  Help us come up with volunteer opportunities.  Let us know what you are reading.  Spend an hour on Zoom sharing your opinions & ideas, and earn 1 hour of volunteer time and 3-D printing credits.

Sean Welsh, a Community Energy Advisor from Cornell Cooperative Extension, will explain how to take advantage of New York State programs that help us save money while adopting clean energy.  Community Solar is not a scam!  It's a good way to reduce your electric bill and support companies that are building out our net zero grid.  Also, middle-income New Yorkers have a special opportunity to reduce the energy demands their homes make with Assisted Home Performance with Energy Star. Sustainable Warwick members will also be on hand to explain their experience with these programs.

Dr. Amala Chirumamilla is a cardiologist with Bon Secours Medical Group.  She has a special clinical interest in women's health and heart disease prevention, and will share her expertise on prevention, warning signs and treatment options.  Please register in order to receive the Zoom link via email in advance of the program.

Spring is in the air!  Turn a cork into an air plant hanger, complete with an easy-to-care-for air plant.  A nice way to welcome spring.

Poem On My Pocket - We'll give you a pocket full of words, then you construct a poem and glue it on the pocket.  Completed pocket poems will be added to our poetry display.  Register beginning March 27 to pick up a pocket on our curbside children's cart, or stop in at the Children's desk.  This program will run from April 1 through April 30.  Open to grades K-5.

Cookies for breakfast!!!  We supply everything you need to make healthy breakfast cookies to start your day off right, including chocolate chips!!

Scarf Making for Storytimes:  Register beginning March 27 to reserve your supplies to make a scarf to bring to our storytimes.  Please:  if you made one before, or have something else at home, bring that.  Scarves and shakers will not be supplied for our classes.  Watch the video about making a shaker.
