Create a dragon's egg using thumb tacks and a Styrofoam egg.  You can use nail polish to paint the thumb tacks to create a custom-colored egg, or use the silver & gold thumbtacks as they are to make a metallic dragon's egg.  Either way, the results are spectacular!
