The Eyes of Tammy Faye (2021) An intimate look at the extraordinary rise, fall and redemption of televangelist Tammy Faye Bakker – stars Jessica Chastain (who picked up an Oscar for her performance as TFB), Andrew Garfield and Cherry Jones. Rated PG-13:  2 hours, 6 minutes.

This class will include exercises that are basic, fun and effective.  They can be followed up at home as no equipment is needed.  Come and get toned for the summer with your friends and enjoy this easy and low impact class.

Manuel Arruffat has more than 12 years experience as a physical therapist. He is certified to provide FMT (functional movement), musculoskeletal ultrasound, cupping and a European therapy technique named myofascial fibrolisis.

Arruffat earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Dominican College, where he also earned his Masters of Science degree in Physical Therapy.
