The relationships closest to us are a good indication of how we are doing inside ourselves. Whether with spouses, partners, children, or family, the opportunities to repair wounds are at odds with urges to handle things the same old way we did before, achieving the same frustrating results.

Pointillism, in painting, is the practice of applying small strokes or dots of colour to a surface so that from a distance they visually blend together. The technique is associated with its inventor, Georges Seurat, and his student, Paul Signac, who both espoused Neo-Impressionism, a movement that flourished from the late 1880s to the first decade of the 20th century.  Local artist Michael Byro will show participants how to create their very own work of art - one dot at a time!

The internationally acclaimed Ensemble Chaconne (Peter H. Bloom, baroque flute; Carol Lewis, viola da gamba; Olav Chris Henriksen, baroque lute) will perform The Glorious Ones – Music by the Great Late Baroque Masters.
