Elizabeth Acevedo: Learning the Power of Poetry (Grades 9-12)

We will be screening a virtual author discussion and writing workshop with Author Elizabeth Acevedo. Elizabeth Acevedo is the author of YA novels such as, The Poet X, Clap When You Land, and With the Fire on High. Come in person for snacks, watch the event, and participate in the writing session.

For students entering grades 9-12.

Create the grandest fantasy castle you can imagine, out of cake! Build, ice, and decorate your castle cake and bring it home to enjoy!

Bring a t-shirt, decorate it with paint markers and we’ll show you how to turn it into a tote.

Ages 9-12.

Baby's first library class. We will share board books, songs, and some sensory play together.

Birth -12 months w/caregiver.

(Please make arrangements for siblings so this can be a special time for you and your baby.)
