Bring your knitting, crochet, embroidery, needlepoint, cross stitch, punch needling, applique, sewing and all of your fiber arts projects and join us for a non-instructional night of stitching but no b*@%$ing. Group meets on the main level in the poetry corner. No registration; drop-in anytime.
Join other board game enthusiasts for an afternoon of old-fashioned fun! New members always welcome; no registration necessary.
This workshop helps participants learn how to understand the values and concerns of those who differ from them politically and teaches skills for communicating across differences and finding common ground. Light refreshments provided.

Come and meet new friends and join in on a game that is played all over the world. Mahjongg enthusiasts of all skill levels are invited to play every Tuesday from 10am to 1pm. The sessions are open-ended and participants can play as many or as few games as they wish. Players with mahjongg sets are encouraged to bring them, as the Library has only a limited number to loan. This program is free, ongoing and open to players from all communities.
